Our digital strategy creates value not only for our consumers and customers but across our organization and our system. This position provides analytical support across all lines of business and domains. This role will provide analyst support related to strategic initiatives, data quality and other master data management activities for an assigned master data domain. We’re looking for someone passionate about analytics with a track record of deriving actionable results from data and trends.

What You’ll Do for Us

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and evolve applications supporting our sales execution ecosystem. Our platforms support critical sales capabilities including promotions, deals, sales execution, and related customer workflows. The technology landscape includes Salesforce, custom web applications, backend APIs and services, SQL Server databases, and integrations with CRM, mobile, web, and other enterprise applications. This is not a traditional Salesforce-only development role. We are looking for a strong full-stack software engineer with meaningful Salesforce development experience who is comfortable working across the entire application and integration stack. The ideal candidate brings strong frontend engineering skills, Salesforce development expertise, backend/API experience, and a solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, test, and support scalable applications supporting sales execution and customer-facing business capabilities.
  • Develop modern web experiences using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Build and enhance Salesforce user experiences using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and related Salesforce technologies.
  • Develop Salesforce business logic and integrations using Apex, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and platform capabilities.
  • Design and develop backend services and REST APIs connecting Salesforce with custom applications and enterprise systems.
  • Develop solutions that interact with SQL Server and other enterprise data sources.
  • Build and maintain integrations among Salesforce, CRM platforms, mobile applications, web applications, APIs, and backend systems.
  • Design reliable data flows and integration patterns between systems while maintaining clear boundaries between user experience, business services, and data layers.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues that span frontend applications, APIs, Salesforce, databases, and downstream integrations.
  • Write automated unit and integration tests and contribute to engineering quality standards.
  • Participate in architecture and design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Support automated build, testing, deployment, and CI/CD practices.
  • Partner closely with Product, Architecture, Data, QA, Security, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
  • Improve existing applications through modernization, simplification, performance improvements, and reduction of technical debt.
  • Own solutions from design through development, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience building and supporting enterprise applications.
  • Strong full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
  • Hands-on experience developing solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning development.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex and Salesforce application development.
  • Experience with SOQL, Salesforce data models, security concepts, and platform development practices.
  • Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and integrating distributed enterprise applications.
  • Strong backend engineering experience with a modern server-side technology such as Java/Spring Boot, .NET/C#, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with relational databases, preferably SQL Server, including data modeling, SQL development, and performance considerations.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications.
  • Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts used in modern APIs and enterprise applications, including OAuth 2.0.
  • Experience with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across application layers.
  • Ability to independently own technical solutions while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional product team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certification or equivalent hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud or Salesforce solutions supporting sales execution.
  • Experience developing applications supporting sales, promotions, deals, pricing, customer, or field execution workflows.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with mobile and external web applications.
  • Experience with event-driven or asynchronous integration architectures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Understanding of API gateways, application security, observability, logging, and production monitoring.
  • Experience modernizing legacy integrations or decomposing tightly coupled applications into APIs and reusable services.
  • Experience working in a product-oriented engineering organization with end-to-end ownership.
