Lennar is seeking a Software Engineer II in Miami, FL to contribute to a range of finance and core systems. You will collaborate with product owners, QA, designers, and teammates to clarify requirements and deliver robust software.

You will write high-quality, testable code, implement unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and help maintain scalable architectures while aligning with SOX IT controls and security standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS or related field with 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Growth mindset and willingness to adapt and learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in Agile teams with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to explain technical work to teammates and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and familiarity with microservices and containers.
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (Go/Java/C#).
• Experience designing relational schemas and SQL; PostgreSQL preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product owners, QA, designers, and teammates to clarify requirements and objectives.
• Promote a collaborative team environment and work toward business goals.
• Contribute to the team's technical roadmap and onboard peers.
• Adhere to architecture, design, and security standards and best practices.
• Build and maintain systems complying with SOX IT controls with guidance from senior engineers.
• Investigate issues and propose solutions within features or components.
• Participate in production deployments, incident triage, and testing.
• Implement integrations with internal and third-party systems based on designs from seniors.
• Document features, APIs, and test results.
• Write high-quality, testable code and implement unit/integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold quality.
• Contribute to reusable components for faster delivery.
• Diagnose and resolve bugs and performance issues.
