What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build highly fault-tolerant Golang microservices to enhance the Fusion product and its supporting ecosystem
- Support ultra-high volume Kafka event pipelines managing customer workflows
- Work with industry-leading technologies like Apache Kafka, Cassandra, Opensearch, and Redis
- Collaborate on cross-team platform-level initiatives and projects
- Troubleshoot critical production issues and implement effective solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2+ years of recent experience building an event-driven, microservices-oriented architecture
- Intermediate proficiency in backend languages such as Go, Java, Python, or C#
- Experience in building distributed systems, microservices, and REST APIs
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in developing applications using SQL and No-SQL databases

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Production experience with commercial clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Contributions to the open-source community (GitHub, Stack Overflow, blogging)
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field
- Experience with Golang
- Prior experience in cybersecurity
