Job Description

The Application Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining complex software systems and applications. This role involves working across multiple modules or subsystems, participating in design discussions, and ensuring seamless integration between software and system components.

• Design, develop, and implement software applications based on business and technical requirements
• Perform software testing, including system testing, bug verification, release testing, and beta support
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate system performance, interface requirements, and overall solution architecture
• Participate in design meetings and contribute to the development of system and application architecture
• Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility within time and cost constraints
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects identified during testing and production
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and systems
• Support software deployment, installation, and maintenance activities
• Provide technical guidance and may serve as a project architect on assigned initiatives
• Consult with internal stakeholders to ensure applications meet business needs and performance expectations

• Familiarity with performance optimization and system integration best practices
• Experience with modern source code management, CI/CD practices, and working in a team environment
