Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building secure, scalable applications; financial services familiarity preferred.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions aligned with Mastercard standards.
• Own end-to-end SDLC activities from analysis to production support.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis of incidents.
• Participate in architecture discussions and PoCs.
• Mentor teammates and promote knowledge sharing.
