TDW is seeking an Applications Developer II to design, develop, test, and maintain business applications and services that support our objectives. You will collaborate with product owners, analysts, QA, and other developers to deliver scalable, reliable software.

The ideal candidate excels in C# and .NET, SQL, Git, and Agile practices, can troubleshoot complex issues, participate in design discussions, and drive continuous improvement within a multi-timezone team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with C# and .NET.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL queries.
• Experience using Git-based source control.
• Experience in Agile software environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications, APIs, services, and software components.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and design discussions.
• Troubleshoot defects and performance issues; support production incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and other developers throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and deliver within sprint objectives.
