Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a software engineer for a full-time exempt first shift role in the Raleigh-Durham area. The position offers hybrid work with three in-office days weekly for Burlington or Durham sites, with standard hours 8:00-5:00 ET, and occasional flexibility.

You will own software projects end-to-end, design APIs, review code, and collaborate with product and platform teams to deliver scalable, observable systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience building scalable, maintainable APIs and microservices.
