Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in backend development with Java, Python, or Node.js, RESTful API design, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS (EC2, CloudFront, Lambda, SQS, S3).
• Experience analyzing and fixing bugs and following software development lifecycle best practices.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for complex issues.
• Investigate anomalies and deploy fixes for production bugs.
• Understand System interactions with upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Troubleshoot REST APIs, microservices, and third‑party SaaS integrations.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure secure, efficient solutions.
• Monitor platform performance and scalability.
• Follow CI/CD deployment processes for reliable releases.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, design, and QA teams.
