Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a self-motivated software developer for the One-Key team in downtown Milwaukee. You will design, develop and deploy solutions across the full software lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Strong skills in .NET, C#, SQL and cloud services are essential, with collaboration across Scrum/Kanban teams.

The role emphasizes agile practices, product team participation, and a commitment to customer-driven outcomes in a hybrid downtown Milwaukee setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS (or related field) or 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience with object-oriented and protocol-oriented design methodologies.
• Experience on a product team or squad.
• Experience with git source control and code reviews.
• Experience with .NET – Proficient in Framework 4.5+, C#, MS SQL Server, MySQL.
• Experience in AWS (DynamoDB, Lambdas, API Gateway).
• Experience in React and Tailwind CSS is a plus.
