Qualifications

3+ years of backend development with AI-powered or data-driven apps.
Experience with AWS cloud architecture and reliability measurements.
Practical AI/ML engineering experience in agentic workflows or traditional ML.
Proficiency in API design, microservices, and SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

Design and operate intelligent, production-grade systems using real-time signals and AI-driven detection to improve streaming platform health.
Build AI-powered capabilities including agentic systems using foundation models (GPT-4, Claude) for automated reasoning and anomaly detection.
Develop end-to-end data and decisioning pipelines transforming telemetry into actionable insights and automated detection.
Create and deploy scalable APIs and services delivering predictive signals and insights to engineers and product stakeholders.
Contribute to infrastructure visibility and compliance enforcement across Disney products.
Partner with teams to embed intelligence into incident response, release validation, and customer insights workflows.
