MEM Insurance is seeking a Software Engineer II to join our Agile technology team. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

You will work with cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality software solutions while shaping development practices and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and growth, with opportunities to learn and advance within MEM's

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
Current and valid driver's license required.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience.

Mansioni

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software across the full development lifecycle.
Refactor and enhance existing applications for quality and performance.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product Owners.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
Maintain clear technical documentation and knowledge resources.
