We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Software Engineer to further our Genomics AI initiatives. This person should have experience and interest in leading analysis and design of technical problems, mentoring & coaching emerging talent during this transformative time in Tech. This position requires experience with programming (full stack), relational data systems and algorithms development. Top candidates will also have experience crafting code while leveraging AI tooling and embedding agentic workflows in their product.
You bring solid experience on software development teams, stepping beyond feature execution into leading technical analysis, design, and tradeoffs. You excel at solving complex problems through data-driven, iterative software development in distributed, event-based architectures. You possess a strong command of modern backend and frontend technologies and are excited to leverage AI-assisted development tools to move faster and build smarter. You thrive in fast-paced, agile environments—helping coordinate cross-team collaboration, troubleshooting technical roadblocks, and documenting architecture. You take pride in mentoring other engineers, elevating engineering standards, and continuously learning alongside a collaborative team.

Shortly after he founded the company in an effort to bring the power of technology and artificial intelligence to cancer care, he convinced Ryan Fukushima to join as the company’s first employee. Ryan and Eric began assembling a world class team, focused on building the first version of a platform capable of ingesting real time healthcare data in an effort to personalize diagnostics.
