Capstone Technology Partners is seeking a Software Engineer for ICAM Web Development, located in Hanover, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with MD poly and involves building scalable web services for an ICAM solution, with emphasis on secure, RESTful architectures and integration with LDAP directories.

You will work in a security-focused environment, contributing to design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise-grade software, using Java, Git, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

Formación

• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines. An additional 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 12 years.
• 3 years of work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains.

Responsabilidades

This position is for a Software Engineer to support mission-critical web service development in support of an Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) solution. Technical responsibilities include support for software design, development, integration, testing, and operational maintenance of highly available, enterprise level services. The web services support Attribute Based Access Control by returning attributes and access decisions. The services integrate with a COTS LDAP directory and interface with other microservices and libraries.

• High level of proficiency and skill with Java software development
• Experience generating and maintaining REST services.
• Proficient with Git version control and Maven build tools.
• Familiar with Linux environments
• Skilled at building robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
• Ability to write unit test cases using Junit/Mock testing frameworks.
• Experienced with automated builds using Gitlab Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• PKI encryption and authentication
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

Required:

• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
