Shield AI in Washington is seeking a Software Engineer I to help build and maintain automated testing, log-analysis, and scenario-generation tools that support the Hivemind Platform. You will work with experienced software, autonomy, and systems engineers to evaluate AI Pilot behaviours through repeatable simulation testing and data-driven performance analysis.

This is a hands-on role focusing on Python tooling, test automation scripts, analysis utilities, and documentation to help teams run

Qualificações

• Early-career software developer seeking hands-on experience.
• Experience with Python tooling, test automation, or automation scripting.
• Ability to analyze data from simulations and tests.
• Familiarity with distributed systems concepts is a plus.
