Job summary

Jobtailor in Phoenix seeks a software developer with 1-3 years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions, focusing on configuration, customization, and implementation across HCM Fusion core modules.

You will work in agile and waterfall teams, collaborating with product and business partners to contribute to multi-region Oracle HCM configurations, documentation, and testing.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of software development experience in a professional environment.
• Experience implementing HCM Fusion Core Module.
• Experience with HCM Fusion Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation.
• Experience with Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration.
• Experience with Oracle Journey, Alert Composer / BIP, and approval workflow.
• Experience with Document of Record.
• Experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups.
• Experience conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis.
• Experience working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation
• Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology.
• Nice to Have: Prior knowledge of VBS , Redwood, ORC, Talent, Learn, Compensation will advantage.
• Prior experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages.
• Prior experience of migrating to Redwood pages will be advantages
• Employment eligibility to work in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
