Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming through projects or work
• Experience with languages such as C#, C++, Java, or Python

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, development, testing, and support of software components and subsystems
• Define software requirements, design specs, and test plans for verification/validation
• Translate requirements into maintainable software designs and implementations
• Implement new functionality and enhancements to software products
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects in automation/diagnostic systems
• Develop and maintain automated unit tests for reliability
• Attend design/code reviews and software inspections
• Communicate progress, risks, and schedule impacts promptly
• Document designs, implementation details, and test results per quality requirements
• Collaborate across software, test, systems, and SME teams
• Adhere to development processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to delivering high-quality software for medical instrumentation
