Job summary

Everfox seeks a Software Engineer I to enhance cyber products for government and commercial customers. You will develop features, test product capabilities, and support software in secure Linux desktops and IT operations.

The role emphasizes learning across languages and cross-domain work. Ideal candidates hold a CS/CE/InfoSec degree or equivalent with Linux development experience in Java, Python, Go, C/C++ and Bash.

Qualifications

• BS/degree in CS/CE/InfoSec or equivalent
• Experience with Linux-based development using Java, Python, Go, C/C++, and/or bash
• Familiarity with TCP/IP networking and related protocols (HTTP, SSH, TLS/SSL)

Responsibilities

• Hands-on work in Linux environments.
• Develop new features and extensions to existing products using Rust, C, C++, Java, and proprietary languages.
• Self-starter leveraging Linux scripting to integrate features into complex products.
• Support design and implementation of Cross Domain capabilities.
• Develop data inspection policies using proprietary and open-source languages.
