Affirm, Inc. is launching a hybrid early career program in London, pairing you with a senior Affirmer for hands-on collaboration in-person three days a week. After one year, you may stay hybrid, go remote, or continue in the office. Roles span multiple tech stacks to fit your strengths and career goals.

GBP base pay range per year: £80,000 - 118,000. Location: London, hybrid with in-person onboarding and flexibility. Eligible new hires can access various benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to navigate a large code base and debug others' code.
• Experience with code reviews and giving constructive feedback.
• Either a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
