Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of software development or internship experience.
• Working knowledge of C# and .NET.
• Exposure to Java or Angular.
• REST APIs and web services.
• Basic SQL Server or relational DB development.
• Git or other version control systems.
• Cloud computing concepts.
• AI concepts and AI-assisted tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications under guidance of senior engineers.
• Support customer-facing and agent-facing web apps.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in production support.
• Write clean, documented code and participate in code reviews.
• Create and maintain technical docs.
• Learn and support cloud-based apps and integrations.
• Collaborate with AI team to integrate AI capabilities.
