Job Details:

Constellation West is seeking a Software Engineer position in Bellevue, NE, to support United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) programs. The candidate should have experience with structured software development methodologies, modern testing tools, and techniques. Responsibilities include working within a Scrum team to develop software, participate in acceptance criteria development, create scripts, utilize COTS tools to automate testing, document instructions, and participate in integration activities. The work is on-site (Base and NG location) with an immediate start date.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in:

• Working on cross-functional Scrum teams focused on quality and capability delivery
• Java development and/or front-end web development, including Web Frameworks (Angular), HTML, and CSS
• Continuous integration and continuous delivery practices
• Version control software (Git, Mercurial)
• Linux and Windows operating systems
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming)
• Microsoft Office tools
• U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret DoD security clearance
