Salt Lake City Corporation is seeking a Software Engineer to join an agile team building enterprise-grade hybrid cloud software. You will contribute to backend, middleware, and cloud infrastructure using ASP.NET MVC, .NET, C#, and JavaScript.

The role includes mentoring Web Developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering REST APIs with OpenAPI standards in a hybrid office setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or closely related field with 3+ years of web application development experience.
• CompTia Security+ certification or plan to obtain within 6 months.
• Demonstrated sprint planning experience.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack ASP.NET MVC web applications.
• Develop and test .NET middleware and reusable libraries.
• Create and deploy REST APIs and OpenAPI specifications.
• Design database schemas and optimize query performance.
• Collaborate with teams, resolve conflicts, and prioritize work.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
