Job description

We're assisting a well-funded, fast‑growing startup in the healthtech space with their search for fullstack software engineers. Their product helps patients get covered for the care they need and helps doctors get paid for the work they do. This role will work onsite in their Cambridge office and they're hiring multiple engineers in this capacity.

This role will work with the CTO and the one other engineer on the team to architect and build foundational systems that will reshape the severely broken financial infrastructure of healthcare.

What you'll bring:

• 0 - 7 years of experience as a SWE with either strong companies (including internships) and/or high GPA
• Experience at a high performing startup, big tech, or as a former founder / founding engineer
• Strong interest in AI – must be a native user of all modern AI tools
• Experience with or an interest in Rust
• Strong technical proficiency across the stack
• Experience as a hands‑on operator and strong communicator that can collaborate closely with other teams and potentially customers
• Demonstrated work ethic/grit, thoughtfulness, and intellectual curiosity
