Role Overview

We’re looking for Full Stack Engineers to join our team at Rightway. You'll work across web and API layers using technologies like React, Node.js, and TypeScript. You'll play a key role in delivering meaningful experiences for our users, collaborating closely with teammates across product and design.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain features across web and API surfaces
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement solutions
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  • Participate in technical planning, code reviews, and product discussions
  • Learn from and contribute to a growing engineering team

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience building modern web or mobile applications
  • Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
  • Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs
  • Collaborative, curious, and excited to learn and grow

Bonus Points for

  • Experience working in healthcare
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI
  • Previous work in a startup or fast-paced product environment

SALARY: $135,000 - $165,000

Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.
