You will contribute to the Financial Platform Issuing team by designing, building, testing, shipping, and operating card issuance and processing systems in a distributed microservices environment with real‑time decisioning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development or equivalent experience.
• Experience building production software end-to-end with guidance.
• Drive to find flaws in complex systems and fix them.
• Growth mindset and solving open-ended problems.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with developer tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in CS/CE/Software Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with team to design, develop, test, ship, and maintain features across card issuance and processing.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Design and implement microservices within event-driven architectures.
• Participate in on-call, incident response, and post‑mortems.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve velocity and quality with prudent judgement.
• Maintain high engineering standards and help others through discussions.
