You will own the research platform and work with data sets, grading schemes, and instrumentation to accelerate frontier work. You will collaborate with engineers to implement robust pipelines, maintain component libraries and design systems, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and first-principles reasoning in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience actively writing code.
• Track record of shipping high-quality projects.
• Strong attention to detail and product taste.
• Startup experience or experience in fast-growing teams.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or evals.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship bulletproof evals infrastructure and tooling.
