Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of AI/ML experience in lieu of a degree.
• 1+ years of Python programming and Linux development.
• 1+ years of experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch.
• 1+ years building or evaluating AI/ML systems through work, internships, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Build AI systems addressing engineering and business problems with measurable success criteria.
• Develop evals, benchmarks, and datasets to measure model and agent performance.
• Create automated graders and assess their alignment with expert judgments.
• Provide reproducible training/evaluation environments and tool interfaces.
• Integrate models with engineering tools, services, and data, with traceability.
• Run experiments, analyze failures, and improve data/models/tools/workflows.
• Develop data prep, training, and evaluation workflows for limited real-world data.
• Use Docker and Kubernetes to run reliable, isolated workloads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on data handling, auditability, and human review.
• Maintain deployed systems with testing, monitoring, and performance improvements.
