Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) invites entry-level Software Engineers to join a team delivering complex software systems for analytics, signal processing, and data handling. The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and integrating software across hardware platforms with a strong emphasis on innovation and quality.

Applicants should have a CS-related degree or equivalent experience and be prepared to work on cutting-edge projects within a secure environment, located in Annapolis

Qualifications

• No demonstrated experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
• Demonstrated experience with RF signal processing applications.
• Proficiency working in Linux development environments.
• Proficiency coding in Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript.

Software Engineer - Entry Level

As a Software Engineer - Entry Level at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A), you will be responsible for:

• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements
• Contributing to cutting edge development programs and designing new solutions
• Innovating RF signal processing applications
• Developing analytics, visualization and discovery tools
• Integrating new and legacy software across a variety of hardware form factors
• Reviewing and testing software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results. Resolves software problem reports.
• Providing specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components

Experience And Qualifications

Summary Pay Range

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$89,500 - $111,500

Sign-on Bonus up to $10,000 for eligible/qualified candidates
