Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience building applications using .NET/C#.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and SQL databases.
• Experience contributing to production systems and real-world software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features for a production software system used by public safety agencies.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Take ownership of features or components from design through delivery and improvement.
• Write clean, well-tested code to improve reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system stability.
• Contribute to system design discussions with performance and UX tradeoffs.
• Apply modern practices including automated testing and continuous delivery.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Grow skills and impact within the team.
• Undergo fingerprint background check per CJIS requirements.
