Job summary

Mercor is building a self-optimizing automation platform. You will own key parts of the data production business, hire and upskill thousands of experts, and shape pay/incentives to attract top talent.

As a Project Lead, you will drive experiments and workflows, monitor project health, and ensure alignment with revenue goals across high-scale initiatives in San Francisco and beyond.

• Agents that source, vet and staff with minimal human input
• Pay and incentives models that hire and retain the best experts
• Experiments and workflows that keep huge projects running smoothly
• Agents that are accountable for monitoring and driving real revenue goals
