Job summary

eNcloud Services LLC is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and improve systems that enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include deploying updates, identifying production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.

You will work with Cloud Foundry, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, supporting CI/CD pipelines and automations. The role involves Azure-related tasks, security checks, and collaboration across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cloud Foundry, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS or another cloud provider.
• Experience with CI/CD and building pipelines would be a definite plus.
• Knowledge of Azure services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with teams for VNET creation and connecting to DCS Hub.
• Create Subnets, NSG, routing tables, ILB ASE, App Service Plan, Web Apps & API Apps.
• Migrate DB from on-prem to Azure using backpacks concept.
• Set up APIM, Storage, CDN, Redis Cache, APIM Configuration and CDN Configuration.
• Create Key Vaults and configure access to Apps and APIs.
• Configure connectivity between on-prem search and Azure Application.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for deploying artifacts to Azure APIs and Web Apps across regions.
• Automate Azure configurations using ARM templates and PowerShell.
• Participate in security vulnerability scanning of source code.
• Lead scrums in Agile and SAFe Agile model.
• Define DevOps best practices for development teams.

Work Experience

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative resource for our application development teams to provide technical guidance, standards, knowledge and understanding of processes, and tools to deliver Internet facing products and services.
• Define DevOps best practices for our application development teams and assist them in engaging these processes.
• Ownership and support of configuration management and deployment automation tools on AWS.
• Assist application teams in leveraging external and internal cloud services features such as elastic capacity auto-scaling, elastic load balancing, right-sizing, disaster recovery strategies, and tiered storage.
• Assist in implementation of security best practices and initiatives at all levels of the infrastructure.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling spend rate.
• Ensure maximum uptime of cloud hosted environments, including production.

Education: Masters or Bachelors degree in Technology or Computer Science.
