Our platform helps insurance carriers strengthen customer relationships while streamlining operations. With a focus on collaboration, coaching, and powerful analytics, we deliver the insights insurance teams need when they need them—creating a smooth, frictionless experience for customers along the way.

We're looking for a Software Engineer, DevOps to help build and improve the foundation of our growing SaaS platform. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, automation, and monitoring while supporting our engineering teams in delivering high-quality, efficient, and reliable solutions. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers to enhance performance, security, and scalability—all while learning best practices in DevOps and how to leverage AI tools to work smarter, faster, and more effectively across the engineering lifecycle. We thrive on teamwork and shared enthusiasm, which is why this role involves joining us in the office for two days each week.

What You'll Do:
  1. Assist in building and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure to support our applications.
  2. Contribute to automating infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed and reliability.
  3. Help improve monitoring and observability to detect and resolve issues more efficiently.
  4. Work closely with engineering teams to enhance application performance and scalability.
  5. Learn and apply AWS best practices to refine existing cloud solutions.
  6. Support efforts to streamline workflows and reduce operational friction for developers.
  7. Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews to help improve system reliability.
What We're Looking For:
  1. 1-3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or software development.
  2. Basic knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar is a plus).
  3. Experience with programming (JavaScript, Python, Ruby, or Java preferred).
  4. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation concepts.
  5. Interest in improving software infrastructure and learning DevOps best practices.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  7. A team player with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

At this time, we are only able to consider candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require sponsorship now or in the future.
