You’ll work across local development, build systems, CI, deployment infrastructure, and production safety signals to move healthy changes from development to production efficiently. You should have deep experience with large-scale developer infrastructure, monorepos, and automation, balancing velocity with safety while

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with developer infrastructure and build systems.
• Ability to debug across local machines, caches, and monorepos.
• Proficiency with Bazel, Buildkite, Kubernetes, Temporal, and GitHub workflows.
• A track record of reducing deployment friction and improving reliability.

Responsibilities

• Reduce local development startup and iteration latency for engineers.
• Improve Bazel and build performance for local machines, devboxes, and CI.
• Improve CI reliability and merge throughput by reducing flaky tests and reruns.
• Build agents for PRs: rebasing, CI triage, and conflict resolution.
• Make deploy pipelines more self-healing and less labor-intensive.
• Improve deploy observability to show ownership and blockers.
• Define lightweight metrics to measure before-and-after impact.
