Job summary

Arkatechture is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Support Services team, supporting the Arkalytics platform and related data warehousing solutions. You’ll blend software engineering, cloud operations, and customer support to improve reliability and performance.

You will work with engineers, customers, and product experts to tackle technical challenges, enhance monitoring, and deliver scalable solutions across AWS environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the Arkalytics platform.
• Develop software enhancements, bug fixes, and automation to improve stability and customer experience.
• Investigate application, database, and cloud infrastructure issues in AWS environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Build and maintain clean, well-tested code and improve monitoring and tooling.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
