Job summary

HireArt is assisting our client in finding a Software Engineer - Dashboards & Workflow Automation to support reporting dashboards, metrics, and workflow automation tools driving day-to-day operations.

You will maintain and extend internal dashboards, develop automation tools, and troubleshoot scripts and systems, collaborating with the team to identify pain points and deliver practical technical solutions in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with dashboarding or data visualization tools such as Airtable or internal dashboard frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot existing code and tools.
• Ability to work independently with light oversight and take ownership of assigned work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

HireArt is helping our client find a Software Engineer - Dashboards & Workflow Automation to support the reporting dashboards, metrics, and workflow automation tools that power its day-to-day operations.

In this role, you'll maintain and extend internal dashboards, develop workflow automation tools, and troubleshoot existing scripts and systems. You'll work directly with the team to identify operational pain points and deliver practical technical solutions in a lean, fast-moving environment.

As a Software Engineer - Dashboards & Workflow Automation, you'll:

• Maintain and extend internal dashboards used for metrics, reporting, and operational visibility.
• Build and improve scripts and tools that automate internal workflows.
• Partner with the team to identify pain points and improve existing tools and processes.
• Write and debug code and troubleshoot issues across existing scripts and dashboards.

Requirements

• Experience with dashboarding or data visualization tools, such as Airtable, internal dashboard frameworks, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot existing code and tools

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Commitment:

This is a full-time, 6-month contract position staffed via HireArt. This role is available to candidates local to the San Francisco Bay Area and may be onsite, hybrid, or remote. There is a strong preference for an onsite or hybrid work arrangement.
