Job summary

Alauda is seeking a Software Engineer for the Cloud Platform team to design and build the core systems behind the Alauda Container Platform (ACP). You will work across the full stack of cloud-native infrastructure, from backend services and APIs to performance optimization and customer-facing solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend software engineering experience.

As a Software Engineer on the Cloud Platform team, you'll design and build the core systems behind Alauda Container Platform (ACP) — the enterprise Kubernetes platform trusted by 500+ organizations. You'll work across the full stack of cloud-native infrastructure: from backend services and APIs to performance optimization and customer-facing solution delivery. This is a high-impact role where your code runs at scale in some of the world's most demanding production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and operate backend services for Alauda's cloud-native platform products
• Build and improve platform management systems, APIs, and internal tooling
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams on performance analysis, system optimization, and technology adoption
• Develop product features and solutions tailored to enterprise customer requirements
• Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs and support on-site delivery when required

Requirements:

• 3+ years of backend software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in at least one backend language — Go, Python, Java, or C++
• Solid experience building and operating software on Linux
• Strong software architecture and system design skills — you can own a component end-to-end
• Familiarity with common design patterns and the ability to make sound technical trade-offs independently
• Clear communicator who works well in a cross-functional team
