Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in Irving, TX seeks a Software Engineer to define technical requirements, architect solutions, and build RESTful APIs with Java and Spring.

You will develop AWS-based cloud services using Lambda, API Gateway, ECS and S3, and contribute to roadmaps and architectural strategy. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate software development experience.
Experience building RESTful APIs with Java and Spring framework.
Experience with SQL relational databases and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and DynamoDB.
Experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, ECS and S3.

Responsibilities

Define technical requirements to develop products and features.
Architect, implement and design technical solutions.
Write APIs using Java and Spring framework.
Build AWS solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, and S3.
