Job summary

Amazon in Seattle, WA is seeking a Software Development Engineer to join the AWS Partner Core Enablement Shared Services team. You will develop and maintain production applications for internal AWS teams and external partners at scale, including AI-powered tools and cloud-native architectures.

You will own feature delivery across web apps and services, contribute to all phases of the lifecycle, and work with cross-functional teams to implement data pipelines, analytics, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale software applications
• Experience with multi-tier, distributed systems and data pipelines
• Experience with OO design and multiple programming languages

Responsibilities

• Implement and deliver features for production web applications and internal services across frontend, backend, and data layers
• Build tools and automation using AWS AI services to improve efficiency
• Implement data pipelines from multiple sources and develop data models
• Develop analytics and reporting solutions using SQL and BI tools
• Develop APIs and integrations connecting internal systems
• Contribute to internal workflow systems for approvals, notifications, and self-service operations
• Participate in production operations including deployments, security reviews, and monitoring
• Write clean, well-documented, testable code and participate in code reviews
