Job summary
Highbrow Technology Inc in Seattle is seeking a Software Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in building scalable distributed systems and modern developer tooling. You will own design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of services, with a strong emphasis on CI/CD and automated deployments.
You will work with large-scale microservices, production systems, and enterprise-grade tools like Palantir Apollo and AWS internal builder tools, while upholding security and compliance
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional Software Engineering experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon builder tools.
- Experience with Palantir Apollo or comparable deployment/orchestration technology.
- Strong understanding of software testing and automation.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software applications and services.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Implement and support automated deployment workflows across development, testing, and production environments.
- Develop and maintain large-scale microservices and distributed applications.
- Support and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring reliability, availability, and performance.
- Develop and implement test automation to improve software quality and deployment confidence.
- Work with developer productivity and internal engineering tools to streamline software delivery.
- Integrate modern AI/automation technologies, including AI agents and MCP-based integrations, where applicable.
- Follow strong security, compliance, and software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable solutions.
