Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot application functionality using C#/.NET, Angular, APIs, and relational databases.
• Implement user stories, defects, enhancements, and tasks per requirements and engineering standards.
• Support modernization initiatives including migration/refactoring of legacy apps.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and leadership to design and deliver improvements.
• Participate in Agile activities: sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, reviews, and deployment support.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for work items, source control, and pipelines.
• Apply secure coding practices and testing methodologies to deliver maintainable solutions.
• Work with QA and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Scrum Masters, and developers to ensure delivery and production support.

Opportunity available for a Software Engineer to support application development, modernization efforts, and ongoing enhancements within a collaborative Agile environment. This role will focus on building and maintaining applications using C#/.NET, Angular, APIs, and relational databases, while partnering with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot application functionality using C#/.NET, Angular, APIs, relational databases, and related technologies.
• Implement user stories, defects, enhancements, and technical tasks while following business requirements, acceptance criteria, and engineering standards.
• Support application modernization initiatives, including migration and refactoring of legacy applications into modern technology platforms.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leadership to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver application enhancements.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, development, testing, code reviews, and deployment support.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for work item tracking, source control, pull requests, builds, and delivery pipelines.
• Apply secure coding practices, testing methodologies, coding standards, and peer review processes to deliver maintainable solutions.
• Partner with QA teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, investigate defects, support testing, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, developers, and stakeholders to support successful delivery and production support needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with C#/.NET development.
• Experience with Angular, APIs, and relational databases.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and modern software development practices.
• Exposure to application modernization, migration efforts, or cloud-based technology initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a local to Minneapolis/St. Paul area
• No C2C or third-party submissions.

ITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $55.00 - $65.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
