Job summary

ITR Group is seeking a Software Engineer to support application development, modernization, and enhancements in an Agile environment. The role focuses on building and maintaining applications using C#/.NET, Angular, APIs, and relational databases, collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities include implementing user stories, supporting modernization efforts, and working with senior engineers to design improvements.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with C#/.NET development.
Experience with Angular, APIs, and relational databases.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Exposure to application modernization, migration efforts, or cloud-based initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot application functionality using C#/.NET, Angular, APIs, and relational databases.
Implement user stories, defects, enhancements, and tasks per requirements and engineering standards.
Support modernization initiatives including migration/refactoring of legacy apps.
Collaborate with senior engineers and leadership to design and deliver improvements.
Participate in Agile activities: sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, reviews, and deployment support.
Utilize Azure DevOps for work items, source control, and pipelines.
Apply secure coding practices and testing methodologies to deliver maintainable solutions.
Work with QA and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, Scrum Masters, and developers to ensure delivery and production support.
