Responsibilities

Determine user requirements and plan software development within the broader organizational scope.
Formulate detailed implementation plans including language, platform, and resource requirements.
Code, test, and document designs and updates.
Design and develop in C/C++/Python.
Deploy applications enterprise-wide with cross‑platform compliance.
Maintain and debug code to keep pace with evolving environments.
Communicate with users, management, and the wider community through technical papers.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Observe laws, regulations and company procedures.
