Michaels Software Engineers will develop technologies that change how our customers connect, explore, and interact with information and one another. As a Software Engineer, you will work on projects critical to Michaels needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve.

Min education: Bachelor's in CS. Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript, plus HTML/CSS and React or Angular.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Angular).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software.
• Improve system quality by identifying issues and developing SOPs.
• Enhance applications by identifying opportunities for improvement and designing systems.
