Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in backend or full-stack development.
• Comfortable owning features in an early-stage startup.
• Experience with modern web technologies and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve backend and full-stack features across web, services, and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop Python microservices in a serverless AWS environment (Lambda, DynamoDB, CDK).
• Work on the web app using React, TypeScript, Next.js and Tailwind (plus Flutter mobile).
• Improve reliability, fault tolerance, and performance for 24/7 payment flows.
• On-site role in Austin, TX working closely with the founding team (typical hours around 9-6).
