Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional software engineering with production code.
• Experience building web applications or backend services used by real users.
• Comfort with a modern backend and a modern frontend framework (React or similar).
• Experience with APIs and relational databases.
• Bonus: side projects, open source, or personal projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop core backend services powering billing, payments, and revenue workflows.
• Build product surfaces used by finance teams daily.
• Design data models and pipelines that scale with volume.
• Create integrations that keep Tabs in sync with customers’ systems (ERPs, CRMs, and more).
• Improve reliability, observability, and performance of internal tools.
