OnePay is seeking an experienced backend/full-stack leader to design and deliver banking features on the Banking team, focusing on scalable services and real-time money movement.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive migration to microservices using TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS in a remote-friendly US environment.

• 7+ years in backend/full-stack with technical leadership.
