Job summary

Qualifications

• Опыт разработки на Go или Python от 0 до 2 лет (включая стажировки).
• Хотя бы один проект на Go или Python, а также один полноценных бэкенд-проект (API, база данных и тесты).
• Базовое понимание SQL, Git и Docker; уверенное чтение технической документации на английском.

Responsibilities

• Разработка бэкэнд-сервисов и API на Go или Python.
• Писать чистый, тестируемый код под руководством старших инженеров.
• Работа с базами данных: проектирование таблиц, запросы, повышение производительности.
• Использование AI-инструментов для кодирования; проверка их вывода перед релизом.
• Участие в код-ревью и обмен фидбеком с командой.

Задачи:

• Develops backend services and APIs using Go or Python
• Writes clean, tested, and maintainable code with guidance from senior engineers
• Works with databases to design tables, write queries, and improve performance
• Uses AI coding tools in daily work, and reviews and corrects their output before shipping
• Troubleshoots issues and helps find their root cause
• Takes part in code reviews, both giving and receiving feedback
• Collaborates with teammates in English, in meetings and in written documentation
• Learns our systems step by step and takes on more ownership over time

Требования:

• Have 0–2 years of experience in software development (internships included)
• Have built at least one project with Go or Python
• Have built at least one end-to-end backend project (API, database, and tests)
• Have a basic understanding of SQL, Git, and Docker
• Have good English skills: you can read technical documentation and join team meetings in English
• Have used AI coding tools in real projects, and can spot their mistakes and guide them to better results
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (or be in your final year)
• Have built a project using AI/ML tools such as LLM APIs or vector databases, and are familiar with concepts like embeddings, recommender systems, or model evaluation
• Have built a project with a modern frontend framework (Vue.js preferred, React or Next.js also welcome) and connected it to your own backend or API
• Are comfortable working across the stack: backend, frontend, and basic infrastructure (Docker, CI, deployment)
