Job summary

Insider One is seeking a Front-end Developer to join the Web Development Team. You will build and implement web-based products using Go, Node.js, or PHP, while collaborating with AI tools to deliver high-quality features.

You will work with Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, applying modern front-end techniques, responsive design, and performance optimization. The role offers a fully remote setup from Turkey and opportunities to grow within a global team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Front-end Developer with modern tools (NPM, Vite, Webpack, Babel) and micro front-end architectures.
• Hands-on daily experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in an AI-first development workflow.
• Ability to write effective prompts and provide context for AI agents; critical review of AI-generated code for quality and security.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Vue.js (Composition API and Options API); responsive design.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and front-end performance optimization.
• Experience in Agile teams and strong communication with Product Managers and Designers.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the entire project life cycle from product development to maintenance.
• Researches and shares new technologies with the team.
• Writes efficient, reusable front-end code and develops POC apps when needed.
• Works with Back-End Developers to integrate APIs and ensure performance.

What You Will Do

• participates in the entire project life cycle, from product development and release to maintenance,
• researches, evaluates, and shares existing and upcoming new technologies with the team,
• provides communication with Product Managers, Designers, teammates, and co-working teams in order to write efficient code,
• produces new ideas to develop new features/setups or to improve existing applications and processes, and develops POC applications when necessary to demonstrate ideas,
• works closely with Back-End Developers to communicate with APIs,
• provides control of error channels to keep product quality at the highest level,
• writes code in a reusable, manageable, scalable way,
• is responsible for the maintenance and performance of new features in the front end,
• aims to keep code quality and information sharing at the highest level with daily code reviews.

What You Will Need

• have 4+ years of experience as a Front-end Developer, working with modern tools and libraries (e.g. NPM, Vite, Webpack, Babel), and micro front-end architectures.
• have hands-on, daily experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot. At Insider One, AI is part of how we build every day, not an experiment,
• are comfortable working in an AI-first development workflow: planning, implementing, refactoring, testing, and reviewing code together with AI agents,
• know how to write effective prompts and give agents the right context (e.g., CLAUDE.md, project rules, skills, MCP servers), and can tell when AI output is wrong,
• review AI-generated code critically and take full ownership of its quality, security, and maintainability,
• are curious and constantly experimenting with new AI tools, models, and workflows, and enjoy sharing what you learn with the team,
• have experience working in an Agile team,
• have experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue.js (http://Vue.js),
• have a deep understanding of Vue.js (http://Vue.js), including experience with both the Composition API and the Options API,
• have experience with Sass or other compiled CSS languages and have experience in responsive web design,
• stay up to date on emerging technologies,
• have good knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git),
• have experience in optimizing page performance,
• are in tune with maintaining, scaling, and monitoring systems,
• are familiar with application performance and error-tracking apps (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, Site24x7, etc.),
• have the ability to write clean and semantic front-end code,
• have experience in Unit, Visual, and E2E Testing,
• are self-motivated, independent, organized, proactive, and highly responsive when working across multiple teams,
• are open to developing and learning new technologies,
• have a visionary mindset,
• having knowledge and experience in TypeScript is a bonus.
