CentralReach is seeking a Software Engineer, Applications to help shape the product from design through production. You will work hands‑on across Python, Next.js, and modern backend patterns, collaborating with Product Organization leaders and subject matter experts to turn customer problems into reliable features.
The role emphasizes AI-assisted development, scalable distributed systems, and observability, with hybrid work across our Ft. Lauderdale, Holmdel, and Verona offices.

Trusted by more than 200,000 users, we enable therapy providers, educators, and employers to scale the way they deliver ABA and related therapies with innovative technology, market-leading industry expertise, and world-class customer satisfaction.
CentralReach'sApplications team is a cross-functional group that rapidly builds, validates, and scales new product capabilities. The Software Engineer, Applications is a hands‑on builder who helps shape the product — working from design through evaluation to production and partnering closely with product builders, Product Organization leaders, and subject matter experts to turn customer problems into reliable features.
This role spans the full lifecycle, from early prototypes through production hardening and scale, and treats modern AI‑assisted development tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, agentic coding workflows) as a force multiplier, not a replacement for engineering judgment. The ideal candidate is a natural collaborator and problem solver with high curiosity who thrives in a data‑driven environment.
