AmazonAPI Infrastructure is recruiting a Software Development Engineer to help build a scalable, high‑throughput REST API platform used by thousands of teams. You will work on end-to-end developer experience, influence our roadmap, and partner with multiple Amazon engineering teams to deliver reliable data services.

The role requires strong software craft, design sense, and the ability to drive complex multi-team initiatives in a fast-paced environment at the Seattle area site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Responsibilities

• Be a key contributor to our team strategy and roadmap.
• Understand the needs of data owners across Amazon's ecosystem.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to design and implement solutions for customers.
