Job summary

DeVine Consulting, Inc. seeks a Software Engineer (Secret Clearance) to join our team at Stennis Space Center, MS. This onsite role requires US citizenship and supports a government customer.

Candidates should have 4+ years of Python development experience, with Anaconda, automation, and Dockerization; plus ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder projects. Preferred: Java, LLM usage, and Dockerized interfaces for sensors. Salary $90K–$100K DOE.

Our company is looking for a Software Engineer, with Secret Clearance,to join our team at Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. This onsite position will be supporting a government customer, hence only US Citizens may be considered.

The Software Engineerwill join DeVine and will workwith our customer supporting projects inappliedMeteorology, Oceanography (METOC), etc. If you enjoy working hard, having fun, and seeing your effort make an impact in our Nation, and the World at large,then please apply!

Required Experience with:

• 4+ years' professional programming experience with Python
• Experience with Anaconda, automation and dockerization
• Coordinating support for projects that involve multiple stakeholders, participating in related meetings, writing reports and tracking progress

Preferred Experience with:

• using generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM): as a Coding Partner, Rapid Prototyping & Modeling, Deep Learning & Simulation and Vector databases
• Java
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Dockerized interface development for UUV sensors a plus
• Writingcustomscripts
• Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), especially in regards to Navy systems
